To talk about lasers, we must refer to this treasure map, as it is the theoretical basis of all laser devices.
The blue curve in the diagram shows the absorption curve of water for laser light with two absorption peaks at 2940 nm and 10600 nm.
10,600 nm is the wavelength of CO2 lasers, which has never changed. Only technical parameters such as the output mode, power, and pulse width have changed. Therefore, the effect of CO2 lasers on tissue is the same as the effect on water.
Basic principles:
Peeling and reconstruction of the epidermis
When the energy density and pulse width of CO2 lasers reach certain values, one pulse of CO2 laser can exfoliate and vaporize 20 µm of skin tissue.
2. Stimulation of collagen neogenesis
When laser light is emitted in a scanning fractional pattern on the epidermis, a burn zone is created with laser action points and intervals. The laser can penetrate directly into the dermis at each point, instantly vaporizing epidermal tissue, stimulating collagen regeneration, and activating biological reactions that restore and restructure collagen fibers.

Advantages of the Metal RF Tube
Shorter recovery time
Long service life (7-10 years)
Uses air cooling, requires no maintenance
Uniform distribution of energy over the entire area
Standard normal cutting and fractional cutting system 2; gynecological system optional.
Scan mode
Fractional mode: uniform distribution
Fractional laser dots should be evenly distributed throughout the treatment area to ensure uniform energy distribution and avoid over- or under-treatment of individual areas.
Ablative mode:
Suitable depth
The depth of the points should be adjusted depending on the treatment needs. Superficial points are used to treat epidermal issues, while deeper points are used to treat dermal issues. The choice depends on the skin type and the specific issue being addressed.
Combined mode:
Suitable density
The density of dots should be adjusted depending on the treatment goals and skin condition. Excessive density may increase the risk of side effects, while insufficient density may reduce effectiveness.
Fractional and ablative method
Non-sequential: Non-sequential scanning avoids mass heating, improving patient comfort and reducing downtime.
Sequential: Sequential linear scanning with less heat generation for more efficient tissue reduction.
Non-uniform: Non-uniform scanning mode that allows for further reduction of potential treatment margins.
Cooling methods
1. Smoke vent and built-in air purge unit.
2. Air cooling system: uses fans and radiators for air cooling. It has a simple design and low cost, suitable for small or low-power devices.
3. Water cooling system: Cools by circulating coolant (such as deionized water), achieving high cooling efficiency and suitable for high-power devices.
